Waitlist privacy notice
What we collect. When you join the waitlist: your name, email address, IP address, which product you joined for, and — if you used a referral link or golden ticket — who referred you.
Why. To run the waitlist: hold your place, rank positions, credit referrals, email you your position and your invitation, and administer the launch contest. Nothing else, and we never sell it.
Email. Waitlist emails include an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing keeps your place but stops the mail.
Deletion. Email support@volaren.ai from your signup address and we remove your entry.
Retention. Entries are kept through launch; unconverted entries are deleted within 12 months.
