Copy Nancy Pelosi and politicians
Members of Congress must publicly disclose the stocks they and their families buy and sell. Volaren reads every filing, turns each politician’s trades into a portfolio you can follow, and lets an AI agent copy it into your own account inside limits you set.
Start freeCopy Nancy Pelosi
Nancy Pelosi, Speaker emerita from California, is the politician Volaren suggests first. Her household’s disclosed trades become one portfolio: each buy adds a position, each sale trims or closes one, and every change shows the date it was filed.
Copy that portfolio and your AI agent mirrors each new disclosure in your account, sized to your budget. If you would rather follow a rules-based version, the Nancy Pelosi Tracker strategy ranks the names she has traded by her net buying, confirmed by price momentum, and rebalances monthly.
Copy Congress
Volaren reads the trade reports of both chambers, the House and the Senate. These members each have their own portfolio you can follow and copy:
- House: Nancy Pelosi, Josh Gottheimer, Gilbert Cisneros, Lisa McClain, Daniel Goldman, Susie Lee, Thomas Suozzi, Jefferson Shreve, Kevin Hern and Dan Crenshaw.
- Former House members: Kathy Manning and Marjorie Taylor Greene.
- Senate: Tommy Tuberville and Sheldon Whitehouse.
To follow Congress as a whole, the Congress Tracker strategy ranks large companies by net congressional buying across both chambers, screened for volatility, and rebalances monthly.
Where the trades come from
Under the STOCK Act, members file a periodic transaction report for each trade. Volaren reads them at the source: the House Clerk’s financial disclosures and the Senate’s electronic filing system, with a market data feed filling in paper filings. It checks for new reports every two hours.
- Timing. A member has up to 45 days after a trade to report it, so a filing can arrive weeks after the trade itself. Volaren dates every trade by when it was filed, which is when anyone could first act on it.
- Amounts. Reports give each trade as a dollar range (for example $1,001 to $15,000), not a share count. Volaren weights each position by the middle of its range and labels the result as an estimate.
- History. House reports from 2015 and Senate reports from August 2012 are kept, so every portfolio has its full record.
How it works
- Open Copy trade and pick a politician.
- Choose the account: practice money, or a broker account connected with trading turned on.
- Choose the mode: approve each batch with one tap, or let it trade automatically inside your limits.
- Check the limits. A copy starts at $1,000 a month, $500 per order, 10% of the account per position and 10 orders a day, in US stocks and ETFs. Change any of them.
- Choose Match now to buy the current portfolio at once, sized to your monthly budget, or start from the next disclosure.
- The copy runs as an AI agent. Each new filing becomes one batch that moves your copy to the new weights, and it tells you what it did and why.
A trade that would break one of your limits is never placed on its own: it comes to you to approve. Approvals arrive by push notification or by text.
Practice money or real money
Every account starts with a practice account holding $100,000 of practice money, and you can open more. A copy on practice money fills at market prices and builds a record you can watch before any real money moves.
For real money, connect a broker with trading turned on. Volaren places orders at Webull, Public, E*TRADE, tastytrade and moomoo. At Robinhood, Fidelity, Schwab and other brokers it connects with read access: your AI agent sizes each disclosed trade to that account and explains it, and you place it there. Every screen says which account a copy trades in and whether it is practice or real money.
What you see
- Latest moves: each new disclosure as it lands, such as “Nancy Pelosi bought NVDA”, with its filing date and amount range.
- The portfolio: what the member holds now by Volaren’s reading of their filings, and the full trade history behind it.
- Performance: the one-year record against the S&P 500, plus the last month, three months, year to date, since the first filing and the largest drawdown. It is measured from the day each trade was filed, so it is a return a follower could actually have had.
- Your copy’s own record: the trades your AI agent placed, in your account, marked as practice or real money.
Questions
Can I copy Pelosi’s trades at Schwab or Fidelity?
Yes. Connect Schwab or Fidelity and your AI agent sizes each disclosed trade to your account, explains it, and you place it there. At Webull, Public, E*TRADE, tastytrade and moomoo it places the trades for you once you say yes, or automatically inside your limits.
How quickly do new trades show up?
Volaren checks for new reports every two hours and shows each one once it is filed. The report itself can come up to 45 days after the trade, which is the timing the law allows.
Does copying Congress trades work?
Copying follows the trades members disclose, from the day they are filed. Each portfolio shows its own record, measured from the filing dates, next to the S&P 500, so you can judge it before you copy.
Will it trade without asking me?
Only if you choose automatic, and only inside your limits. Anything outside them comes to you to approve. You can pause or end the copy at any time.
Can I copy more than one politician?
A free account follows one person, fund or strategy. The paid plan follows as many as you like, and placing orders at your broker needs it.
